In GORON CITY on the top level, bomb the boulders and enter the boulder maze. When you reach the end, a skulltula will be waiting in a crate

Play the Bolero of Fire to get to DEATH MOUNTAIN CRATER and put bugs into the beanhole to reveal a skulltula (you must have already been an adult and learned the Bolero of Fire to reach the beanhole)

Enter DEATH MOUNTAIN CRATER from Death Mountain Summit and there will be a crate at the entrance housing a spider
